Eat Healthy and Stay fit
Adding on your meal such as salad ,pulses, green vegetables. and try add more variety of colorful fresh fruit. while making a food try to use unsaturated oil ( soybean oil, sunflower and olive oil ).
Try to use less amount of sugar and salt avoid oily and junk food. if you want to stay fit in your life it's necessary to take healthy diet on time to time. Eat dinner before two hour going to bed. If you want to stay fit for whole life, Drink more water and avoid cold drinks, try to take fresh fruit juice. To staying fit for whole life you have also require to do daily yoga ,exercise and mediation it's increase the concentration and immunity power and provide keep away from health issue, and it's also necessary to routine checkup. at the end i recommend all of you always eat nutritious and healthy food which result you always motivate yourself to stay fit and without any health issue.
