How to take healthy Balanced diet.

 Everyone wants to take healthy diet but everybody didn't know which is important diet to take. But everyone know enough don't take oil, ghee, butter, sugar etc.

Soup
Spanish, tomato, carrot, mix vegetables, it's all soup is useful for our health.

Liquids
Thin butter milk, coconut water, and fresh juice etc.

Vegetables
Green vegetables, cabbage, pumpkin , bottle gourd, cucumber, onion, carrot, bitter gourd, ladyfinger,
capsicum, bean.

Grains
Wheat, oat meal, suji,

Pulses
Rice, Rajma, soybean, green and Yellow pulses.

Milk product
curd without cream

Water
Take 12 to 15 glass of water to drink daily.to take more water before the evening meal.






Avoided for healthy diet.

1. Deep fried, parathas, pickle, and pappad.

2.Jam, cake , sweets, pastry, ice cream, custard khir.

3. potato, colocasia root.

4.Butter, cheese, mayonnaise.

5.Don't take hefty quantity of dry fruits, nuts, eat in limited quantity.

6. pizza, burger, pasta, macaroni,

7. preserved food.

1. Don't miss Morning Breakfast.

2. in breakfast and lunch no too much much gap between and not too much hungry for long time ( it reduce the Metabolism Rate of the body which result increase the fat of the body.

3.Enjoy every bit of the food. Don't watching T.V while you eating, never use mobile phone and laptop.

4.Don't drink between the meal.

5.Don't take more than two time coffee. Try to take black tea and black coffee, green tea.
