How to Make Healthy Diet Chart
To stay fit important to follow the healthy diet chart. you have to think about that how many calories, vitamins, carbohydrates to eat with food.

To the changing lifestyle and busy schedule difficult to follow a diet chart. but to away from disease diet chart plays an important role. according to diet chart fat, Diabetes, acidity, blood pressure, cancer like away from critical diseases.
If you making a diet chart so need to make a diet chart according to a season.
For Example:- In a summer season need to add more water and other liquid drinks. and same as winter season you need to added meat and dairy product. In other seasonal green vegetables are added. I give you some tips which help you to make a healthy diet chart.
Diet Chart
Early Morning
In the beginning of the day to stay away from heavy food. you need to drink one glass of milk and with 3-4 almonds.
At 9.00 A.M
In this time most the people start a day with working. In Breakfast, time take one plate of mix vegetable upma and green tea or a glass of fruit juice which is very beneficial for you.
Afternoon Lunchtime
At 12.00 p.m you can eat this food like two chapatis with one bowl pulses, rice, half or full bowl of green vegetable, yogurt, salad. and don't skip to an added salad of green vegetable in afternoon lunchtime. Because it's full of nutrition which helps to make you healthy.
Between 3.00 P.M to 4.00 P.M
After Lunchtime minimum after 3 hours take light breakfast. you can drink green tea with biscuits. or any seasonal fruits Like ( Oranges, Pineapple, Pomegranate, and guava).
Dinner
In Dinner, you can take the same meal as lunch time. in dinner times less use of rice in dinner food two chapatis, a little bit of rice and cup of yogurt. the point you to need keep in mind is you need to eat dinner before 3 hours going to bed.
