After lunch, you can also drink one glass of Fresh fruit juice, At lunchtime don't take don't drink carbohydrates sodas. After lunch in the evening time eat peanut with butter and chapatis . in the evening time, you can also take green tea which is good for health.

What to eat at Dinner?


if you are non-vegetarian so at the dinner you can also eat chicken or fish.
if you eat red meat try to eat in a week other choices one plate brown rice with tomato sauce and carrot, spinach beans vegetables with chapatis. it is necessary you can add a salad at dinner which results in helping to don't increase weight.


It is very essential to take a three-time meal.  in the healthy diet, you have also try seasonal fruits and vegetables.  eat fat less diary product.
